Under My Account (here), you will navigate to Partner Connect Admin | Document Manager | Document Submit/Resubmit.
Under My Account (here) , you will navigate to Partner Connect Admin | Document Manager | Document Skip.
Enter in the document
Enter the order you want to skip
Click Add To Skip List
Under My Account (here) , you will navigate to Partner Connect Admin | Document Manager | Document Tracker.
Enter in the order number
If you see that the order was acknowledged then the document was received by the trading partner. However that doesn’t mean that they approved it, just that they received it.
Under My Account (here) , you will navigate to Partner Connect Admin | Document Manager | Document Count.
Enter in the Year and Month, click on View Report. This will show you totals by your company and also allow you to drill down by Trading Partner by Document.
Under My Account, you will navigate to Partner Connect Admin ¦ .Cross Reference Manager.
Pick your cross reference table, for instance Trading Partner to ERP Ship To
You can search for the xref you wish to change or you can Add a Record.
Go to Partner Connect, Document Manager, Email Addresses for Report
Choose your Report Name
If you want to Add an Email Address put in the Email Address and click Add to Emails on Report button
If will show all email addresses setup for that report. If you want to remove an address, click on that address and then click on Remove Email from Report button.
