Error similar to “mismatched parameters. (2570) (7211)”

This error is happening due to an issue with the compiled version of the APIs.  Contact us at connector@greywolf.com for assistance.  Please include the full error message.

How do I fix this error: “No Available Sessions”

This error means your API’s are not running.  You will need to first make sure that the database is up, then you need to run the restartbrapi script.  It is usually found under the /greywolf/scripts directory.

How to use the Tester to check API’s

Log into My Account, go to CONNECTOR ADMIN.

Pick your API Instance.

Select API that you want to test.

(NOTE: if you are using an update/insert API that will update/insert into your database).

You need to input your parameters.

If you see an asterisk next to a field that means that input is required for the API.
